目的探讨高血压患者外周血s IL-2R和IL-6水平与颈动脉病变程度和氧化应激水平的关系。方法收集2015年9月-2016年9月在本院住院的95例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中s IL-2R和IL-6水平,颈动脉彩超评价患者颈动脉病变程度,检测患者血清中氧化应激反应产物MDA、AOPP反应机体氧化应激水平,评价血清中s IL-2R和IL-6水平与颈动脉病变程度和氧化应激水平的关系。结果以s IL-2R和IL-6中位数水平把所有患者分为高水平组和低水平组,s IL-2R高水平组和IL-6高水平组患者内膜中层厚度和斑块面积分别为(1.19±0.34)mm、(1.21±0.29)mm和(1.51±0.62)cm~2、(1.49±0.73)cm~2,均明显大于对应低水平组的患者,差异有统计学意义(t=23.6,t=19.8,t=26.6,t=19.5,P<0.05)。s IL-2R高水平组和IL-6高水平组患者MDA和AOPP分别为(78.53±12.43)μg/L、(58.25±11.98)μg/L和(73.46±9.76)μg/L和(61.23±9.87)μg/L,均明显大于对应低水平组的患者,差异有统计学意义(t=19.6,t=22.3,t=28.9,t=18.9,P<0.05)。s IL-2R和IL-6水平与MDA、AOPP、内膜中层厚度、斑块面积明显呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 s IL-2R和IL-6水平与高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化和氧化应激水平密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of sIL-2R and IL-6 in peripheral blood and the severity of carotid artery and the level of oxidative stress in hypertensive patients. Methods Ninety-five hypertensive patients hospitalized in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of IL-2R and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Carotid ultrasonography The degree of carotid artery lesion, serum oxidative stress reaction product MDA and AOPP oxidative stress were measured to evaluate the relationship between serum sIL-2R and IL-6 levels and carotid artery disease severity and oxidative stress. Results All patients were divided into high-level group and low-level group with sIL-2R and IL-6 median levels. Intimal hyperplasia and plaque area were significantly higher in patients with high IL-2R and IL-6 levels (1.19 ± 0.34) mm, (1.21 ± 0.29) mm and (1.51 ± 0.62) cm ~ (2), (1.49 ± 0.73) cm ~ 2 respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the corresponding low level group t = 23.6, t = 19.8, t = 26.6, t = 19.5, P <0.05). The levels of MDA and AOPP were (78.53 ± 12.43) μg / L, (58.25 ± 11.98) μg / L and (73.46 ± 9.76) μg / L and (61.23 ± 9.87) μg / L, all of which were significantly higher than those in the corresponding low-level group (t = 19.6, t = 22.3, t = 28.9, t = 18.9, P <0.05). s IL-2R and IL-6 levels were positively correlated with MDA, AOPP, intima-media thickness and plaque area (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of IL-2R and IL-6 are closely related to the level of carotid atherosclerosis and oxidative stress in hypertensive patients.
