时代与社会的不断发展进步,促使越来越多的年轻人涌向其他城市打工或经商,催生了一大批留守老年群体。随着经济生活水平的日渐提高,留守老人对幸福的追求已经不再单纯地停留在物质生活方面,留守老人的心理健康水平成为人们不得不关注的重要问题。通过体育锻炼干预留守老人心理心理健康,不仅简单直接且比较有效,在促进留守老人身体健康的同时能够进一步促进留守老人的心理健康水平的提升。本文以广州新型社区体育开展情况为例,对留守老人的心理状态及体育锻炼对留守老人心理健康水平的影响进行分析。
The continuous development and progress of the times and society have prompted more and more young people to flock to other cities to work or do business and have spawned a large number of left-behind elderly people. With the gradual improvement of economic life, the pursuit of happiness for left-behind elderly people is no longer simply in material life, and the mental health of left-behind elderly people has become an important issue that people have to pay attention to. It is not only simple, direct and effective to interfere with the mental health of the left-behind elderly through physical exercise, but also promote the mental health of left-behind elders while promoting the health of left-behind elders. This article takes the situation of new-typed community sports development in Guangzhou as an example to analyze the psychological status of left-behind elderly people and the impact of physical exercise on the mental health of left-behind elderly people.
