越来越多的学者开始关注到组织公民行为的负面效应—强制性公民行为这一变量的研究。华人组织中的大权利距离与高集体主义倾向使得企业中广泛存在着破坏型领导和辱虐管理,员工为了实现职位晋升,通常会被迫屈服于领导压力而表现出过多的的强制性公民行为,这对于组织的绩效以及员工个人与企业的长远发展而言都产生了相关的负向影响。因此,管理者要从思想上认识到过多的非自愿性组织公民行为反而会给员工、组织带来危害,企业应该构建一个民主、开放包容的工作环境,降低组织中的强制性公民行为水平。

Therefore, managers should ideologically recognize that excessive voluntary involuntary organization of citizenship will bring harm to employees and organizations. Enterprises should establish a democratic, open and inclusive working environment and reduce the level of compulsory citizenship in the organization .
