随着社会的不断发展和进步,我国在医学领域取得了很大的突破,随之,在重视医疗技术的基础上,“人文精神”也成为了评价医院好坏的一个重要标准,不可否认,我国传统的医院管理模式在很大程度上忽略了人文精神,长期以来我国的医学教育的重心都在医学专业知识的教育上,这在很大程度上造成了专业知识脱离人文实际这一现状,医院工作者的人文素质不够很可能导致一些医疗纠纷的产生,甚至可以直接影响对病症的治疗情况,因此加强医院的人文精神,重视对医院工作者的人文教育工作迫在眉睫,本文就从人问精神的培养与实践这一问题入手,重点分析一下医院培养人文精神的作用,与人文精神培养与实践的有效措施。
