本课题针对国内用电现场系统通信方式繁杂、传输可靠性差、通信成本高,系统功能单一,数据抄收实时性差等问题,采用GPRS技术结合公网通信模型,实现了低成本、高速、准确的数据传输;针对系统功能单一的问题,创新提出双CPU设计方案,扩展了用电现场模拟量测量、电能质量实时监测、负荷控制、防窃电、油温测量、异常报警、自动升级等功能。实践证明,用电现场服务中断运行稳定可靠,达到了预期的效果和设计要求,有利于配电网络运行的安全性和经济学管理,同时对加强用电管理和提高电网质量起到了积极的作用,同时大大节约了电力能源,有效缓解了用电压力。
