目的　探讨特殊类型的舌下腺囊肿的临床特点及治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1990～ 2 0 0 0年诊治的2 0例特殊类型舌下腺囊肿的临床资料。结果　 2 0例中颌颈型 3例、哑铃型 5例、颌下型 12例 ,所有病例均行手术治愈。结论　舌下腺过度发育并超越下颌舌骨肌及该肌的发育薄弱等因素均可诱发本病发生 ;舌下腺及其囊肿一并切除是最有效的治疗方法 ,可防止复发 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of special types of sublingual gland cysts. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of special sublingual gland cysts diagnosed and treated between 1990 and 2000 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 cases of maxillary neck type in 3 cases, dumbbell type in 5 cases, submandibular type in 12 cases, all cases were surgically cured. Conclusion The hypoglossal hypoplasia over and beyond the hypoglossal muscle and the weak development of the muscle and other factors can induce the occurrence of this disease; sublingual gland and cyst resection is the most effective treatment to prevent recurrence
