依法治国已成为我国的基本方略,公安工作的法治化已是不容质疑。但在当前的公安信访工作中,法治却显得困难重重。公安机关民警要以信访实践工作为立足点,以法治为视角,剖析公安信访工作面临的主要问题及其原因,提出对策,推动公安工作的法治化。 Governing the country according to law has become the basic strategy of our country. The legalization of public security work is undeniable. However, in the current public security petition work, the rule of law appears to be very difficult.
