目的:探讨过氧化氢低温等离子的操作方法,分析灭菌失败的原因,提出解决方法。方法:注重有效环节控制,按规定程序操作,并采用物理、化学、生物方法监测灭菌效果。结果:过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌具有安全、有效、快速、低温的优点,适用于不耐高温器材和需快速周转的器材灭菌。结论:过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌合格、监测方法方便、低温、快捷、追溯合格。
Objective: To explore the operation method of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma, analyze the reason of sterilization failure and put forward the solution. Methods: Pay attention to the control of effective links, operate according to the prescribed procedures, and use the physical, chemical and biological methods to monitor the sterilization effect. Results: Hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization has the advantages of safety, efficiency, rapidity and low temperature. It is suitable for sterilizing high temperature resistant equipment and equipment requiring fast turnover. Conclusion: Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer qualified, monitoring method is convenient, low temperature, fast, traced qualified.
