在很多人眼里,在职场上遇到不开心,就喜欢“用脚说话”的“80后”,对职业几乎毫无忠诚度可青,但有一点必须承认,他们正成为职场的新生力量,且“80后”的财富新生代正在崛起。中华英才网一项最新调查显示,“80后”已日渐成为职场上不可忽略的生力军,人数比例显著上升。但由于就业压力,1/3的受访者表示“学非所用”,在校所学专业与现在所从事的职业没有直接关联,他们更渴望得到专业知识培训。据了解,本次调查的受访者南来自全国,平均分布于IT、金融、制造业等20个行业的1500余名企事业职员构成,年龄分布主要集中在22-27岁之间。
