在等温恒应变速率压缩试验的基础上,首次应用模糊数学方法建立表征变形高温合金锻件晶粒度的隶属程度与锻造热力参数之间的定量关系,即所谓隶属函数。将隶属函数与有限元变形-传热耦合分析方法相结合,建立了预测变形高温合金锻件晶粒度的新方法。应用该方法进行预测的结果与试验数据,和GH4169合金涡轮盘锻件的实测晶粒度一致。该方法对优化难变形材料锻造工艺和控制锻件质量具有指导作用。
Based on the isothermal constant strain rate compression test, the quantitative relationship between the degree of subgrant of grain size of forging superalloy and the forging thermal parameter is established by fuzzy mathematics for the first time, so called membership function. A new method of predicting the grain size of deformed superalloys was established by combining the membership function with finite element analysis of heat transfer and deformation. The results predicted by this method are in good agreement with the experimental data and with the measured grain sizes of GH4169 alloy turbine disk forgings. The method can guide the forging process and the quality control of the forging of the refractory material.
