研究了氧化镁在NdCl3-NaCl-KCl-MgCl2熔盐中的溶解行为。利用正交回归实验设计研究了熔盐各组分对MgO溶解度的影响,测定了不同组分熔盐中MgO的溶解度。结果表明MgO溶解度主要决定于组分NdCl3含量。分别测定了MgO在700,780,850℃下的溶解动力学。结果表明MgO在NdCl3-NaCl-KCl-MgCl2体系中的溶解速率主要与NdCl3浓度有关,其它因素的影响不显著。得到MgO溶解反应的活化能E=33·36kJ·mol-1。
The dissolution behavior of magnesium oxide in molten salt of NdCl3-NaCl-KCl-MgCl2 was studied. The effects of various components of molten salt on the solubility of MgO were studied by orthogonal regression design and the solubility of MgO in different components of molten salt was measured. The results show that the solubility of MgO mainly depends on the composition of NdCl3 content. The dissolution kinetics of MgO at 700, 780 and 850 ℃ were measured. The results show that the dissolution rate of MgO in NdCl3-NaCl-KCl-MgCl2 system is mainly related to the concentration of NdCl3, but the other factors have no significant effect. The activation energy E = 33.36kJ · mol-1 was obtained for the dissolution of MgO.
