通过TCMI不同添加量在草鱼、鲫鱼、鳊鱼等常规鱼类养殖上进行了鱼病预防试验和生长安全性试验,以及小网箱治疗鲫鱼出血病试验。TCMI预防试验结果表明试验组与对照组相比,草鱼的成活率分别提高了22%、27%、28.5%,鳊鱼的成活率分别提高了23%、26%、27%,鲫鱼的成活率分别提高了5%、7%、8%;TCMI药饵的生长安全性效果显示试验组与对照组相比,在饲料系数、净增重倍数有显著优势(P<0.01),但试验组之间增重成本差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1组、试验2组、试验3组与对照组相比成本分别降低了13.7%、15.4%、18.2%;小网箱治疗鲫鱼出血病试验结果表明,用TCMI小网箱治疗鲫鱼出血病,试验鱼成活率比大蒜素高9.0%,免疫保护率达80.9%。上述试验结果表明,TCMI具有促进生长和提高常规鱼类免疫力的作用,在水产养殖中应用TCMI防治鱼病是一种很有前途的方法。

The above test results show that TCMI can promote the growth and enhance the immunity of conventional fish. The application of TCMI in aquaculture is a promising method to prevent and treat fish diseases.
