对于经久不愈的放射后组织坏死溃疡,目前国外多系采用外科手术。但是由于溃疡周围组织受辐射而恢复能力较差,因而往往失败,采用保守疗法效果不显,疗程较长。上海生物制品研究所与我院附属上海市工业卫生研究所等单位协作自1970年与1975年起分别将胎盘血和人血浆蛋白制剂应用于临床,配合抗炎及适当外科处理,一般可在1~2疗程后溃疡得到愈合,疗程显著缩短,且有明显的镇痛作用,为顽固性放射溃疡的保守疗法创造了新的途径。
For long-lasting tissue necrotic ulcers after radiation, surgical procedures are currently used abroad. However, due to the poor recovery ability of the tissues surrounding the ulcer, they often fail, and the effect of conservative treatment is not significant, and the course of treatment is longer. Shanghai Institute of Biological Products and Shanghai Institute of Industrial Hygiene, affiliated with the Shanghai Institute of Industrial Hygiene, and other institutions have applied placental blood and human plasma protein preparations in clinics since 1970 and 1975. They have been combined with anti-inflammatory and appropriate surgical treatments. After 2 courses of treatment, the ulcers were healed, the duration of treatment was significantly shortened, and there was obvious analgesic effect, creating a new approach for the conservative treatment of refractory radiation ulcers.
