蒸压粉煤灰砖在我国已生产和使用多年,近年来在墙体材料改革的推动下呈现了逐步发展的势头.粉煤灰砖具有减少工业废渣污染、保护环境的作用.粉煤灰砖具有良好的物理力学性能,用北京加气混凝土三厂和武汉硅酸盐制品厂生产的粉煤灰砖建造的楼房,经过十多年的风风雨雨,使用情况良好.目前对粉煤灰砖用生石灰的质量要求尚未进行系统的研究.根据国家建材局下达科学基金项目“硅酸盐建筑制品用生石灰品质的研究”,我们对粉煤灰砖用生石灰性能进行了研究.重点解决以下4个问题:①不同品种的生石灰对粉煤灰砖性能的影响;②生石灰锻烧温度对制品性能的影响;③镁质生石灰对制品性能的影响;④生石灰中SiO_2含量对制品性能的影响;并在试验研究的基础上,根据生产实践提出生产粉煤灰砖用生石灰的性能指标.
Autoclaved fly ash bricks have been produced and used in China for many years. In recent years, under the impetus of the reform of wall materials, they have shown a trend of gradual development. Fly ash bricks have the effect of reducing industrial waste residue pollution and protecting the environment. Fly ash bricks With good physical and mechanical properties, the building built with fly ash bricks produced by the Beijing No. 3 Aerated Concrete Factory and the Wuhan Silicate Product Factory has been used for more than ten years. It is in good condition. Currently, it is used for fly ash bricks. The quality requirements of quicklime have not been systematically studied. According to the scientific fund project “Study on the Quality of Lime Quality of Silicate Building Products” issued by the National Building Materials Bureau, we studied the properties of quicklime used in fly ash bricks. Problems: 1 The effect of different types of quick lime on the properties of fly ash bricks; 2 The effect of calcined calcining temperature on product performance; 3 The influence of magnesium quicklime on product performance; 4 The effect of SiO 2 content in quick lime on product performance; Based on the experimental study, according to the production practice, the performance index of producing quicklime for fly ash bricks is proposed.
