研究氨基模塑复合材料的流变性能、固化行为、模收缩率与后收缩率及热失重、脆断断口形貌、弯曲强度和冲击强度。结果表明:当水溶性异氰酸酯基弹性体(WIE)添加量为0.8%时,氨基模塑复合材料注塑流动性提高24%,模收缩率和后收缩率分别降低36%和52%,弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高16%和50%。
The rheological properties, curing behavior, mold shrinkage, post shrinkage and weight loss, brittle fracture appearance, flexural strength and impact strength of aminoplast composites were studied. The results show that when the content of water soluble isocyanate based elastomer (WIE) is 0.8%, the flowability of injection molding is improved by 24%, the mold shrinkage and the shrinkage decrease by 36% and 52% respectively. The flexural strength and Impact strength increased by 16% and 50% respectively.
