通过对3种不同含钒(0.043%、0.052%、0.039%)钢筋进行金相和透射电镜分析来研究钢筋的组织和性能。结果表明,通过适当提高钢筋中钒元素的含量,可更好地达到“调节奥氏体”以细化铁素体晶粒的作用,使钢筋的抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐增加,增强钢筋的抗震性能;借助透射电镜观察和电子衍射标定发现,钒的碳氮化物主要在铁素体内析出,析出相呈碟片状。
The microstructures and properties of rebars were studied by metallographic and transmission electron microscopy analyzes of three different vanadium-bearing bars (0.043%, 0.052%, 0.039%). The results show that by properly increasing the content of vanadium in the steel, the “austenite” can be better adjusted to refine the ferrite grain so that the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel tend to increase gradually and increase The seismic performance of steel bar was studied by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. It was found that the vanadium carbonitride mainly precipitated in ferrite and the precipitated phase was disc-like.
