目的:观察手术室集束化护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用效果.方法:随机2019年5月-2020年8月本院80例手术患者,随机分为对照组(40例,常规护理管理)与观察组(40例,手术室集束化护理管理),对两组医院感染率进行对比.结果:医院感染率方面,观察组(5.00％)比对照组(22.50％)低,差异明显(P＜0.05).结论:医院感染控制期间,通过实施手术室集束化护理管理,有助于医院感染发生率降低,值得采纳.“,”Objective:To observe the application effect of cluster nursing management in hospital infection control in operating room. Methods:80 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, routine nursing management) and observation group (40 cases, cluster nursing management in operating room). Results:in terms of hospital infection rate, the observation group (5.00％) was lower than the control group (22.50％), the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion:during the period of nosocomial infection control, the implementation of cluster nursing management in operating room is helpful to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, which is worthy of adoption.
