对云、贵、川、渝58所民族地区中学,217名教师进行了问卷调查,结果表明,西南民族地区中学科技校本课程开发的影响因素是一个多方面的综合体,教师的认识、教师的能力、物质条件、学校领导的态度、评价方式都对其有影响,特别是教师能力因素和物质条件因素影响更为明显,而这5个方面的因素本身又存在一定的交互性,难以通过改善单一因素全面提升校本课程开发的质量,需要多点着力.
A questionnaire survey was conducted on 217 teachers in secondary schools of Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing. The results showed that the influencing factors of the development of the science-based school-based curriculum in middle schools in Southwest Minority Areas are multifaceted syntheses, teachers ’understanding, teachers’ Ability, material condition, attitude of school leaders and evaluation methods have an impact on them, especially the influence of teachers’ ability factors and material condition factors is more obvious. The five factors themselves have certain interaction and are difficult to be improved A single factor to improve the quality of school-based curriculum development requires more effort.
