我所在的山区初级中学,90%的学生都寄宿在学校,这些学生一周的学习和生活都与班主任工作紧密相连。由于地处山区,交通不便,经济发展缓慢,为了增加家庭经济收入,多数学生父母都外出打工,孩子由爷爷、奶奶或外公、外婆代管。大部分学生是留守儿童,他们由于长期缺少父母的关爱和教育,心理非常脆弱、敏感、多疑,加之不良社会风气的影响,班主任工作难度增大,这就要求班主任对待学生要
