根据液压凿岩机活塞的运动规律,建立了活塞运动微分方程,推导了其运动学参数的表达式,研究了液压凿岩机活塞与缸体间隙密封段的能量损失,建立了其数学模型。通过分析指出,应存在使能量损失最小的一组封油长度值。
According to the law of movement of hydraulic rock drill pistons, a differential equation of piston motion is established. The expression of kinematic parameters is deduced. The energy loss of the piston and cylinder gap seal section of hydraulic rock drill is studied and its mathematical model is established. It is pointed out through analysis that there should be a set of oil seal length values that minimize energy loss.
