针对吴泾电厂和台山电厂2台炉型相同、结构基本一致的600MW亚临界锅炉在运行中存在NOx排放不一致的问题,采用数值计算方法进行了分析.结果表明:表征炉膛气氛的CO浓度分布与NOx排放存在密切关系;配风方式决定了炉膛内氧化还原性气氛的分布,并影响NOx的生成和排放;增大炉膛上部燃烧器喷口的风量有利于在炉膛下部形成还原性气氛,从而降低NOx的排放,但其缺点是会导致燃烧效率下降,因此需综合考虑各种因素后采用适当的锅炉配风方式.
For the 600MW subcritical boiler of Wujing Power Plant and Taishan Power Plant which have the same furnace structure and the same basic structure, there exists the problem of inconsistent NOx emission during operation, and the numerical calculation method is used to analyze the results.
