目的:通过计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)椅旁系统(CEREC)中的牙体预备评估软件(Prep Check 2.0),评估放大镜下完成牙体预备后的预备体表面和完成线的效果。方法:随机选择口腔医学专业40名大学三年级上学期学生,进行口腔放大镜使用的培训,培训前后每位学生各预备2颗预备体。利用Prep Check软件对比分析放大镜使用前后预备体表面的圆缓性及边缘完成线的连续性。结果:使用放大镜的预备体表面锐边个数减少且肩台边缘线不连续性有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:辅以口腔放大镜完成牙体预备,能有效提高牙体预备操作的精确性。
OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of pre-prepared body surface preparation and line completion on a magnifying glass using Prep Check 2.0 from the computer-aided design (CAD) chairside system (CEREC) . Methods: Forty first-year college students of stomatology were randomly selected for the training of oral loupes. Before and after training, each student prepared two preparations. Prep Check software was used to compare the roundness of the surface of the preparation body before and after the use of the magnifier and the continuity of the edge to complete the line. Results: The number of sharp edges on the surface of the prepared body with magnifying glass decreased and the discontinuity of shoulder edge line was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Complementary dental preparation with oral loupes can effectively improve the accuracy of dental preparation.
