武汉市城区普通初中生体质健康现状与对策研究

历年来我国有关部门组织了数次学生体质健康调研,武汉市城区普通中学生的体质健康现状在体质健康标准测试各项中,男女学生成绩有不同程度的下降。青少年体质持续下降,敲响了国人的警钟,制约学生体育锻炼的主要因素包括:锻炼时间和强度不够、学校场地不足、体育锻炼时间与内容安排不合理、社会生活节奏的加快、睡眠不足、精神紧张等原因都是不可忽视的。对此,国家应发挥好导向作用,即重视国民体质,以制度引导国民,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,重视学校体育工作;学校须加强学校体育改革,推动阳光体育运动,即认真贯彻执行“健康第一”的指导思想,确保上好体育课,加强课外体育锻炼,共同促进青少年健康。 Over the years, relevant departments of our country have organized several student body health surveys and studies. The status of physical health of ordinary middle school students in urban areas of Wuhan City has dropped to varying degrees in various kinds of physical health standard tests. The teenager physique continued to decline, sounded the alarm people, the main factors restricting students’ physical exercise include: exercise time and intensity is not enough, lack of school space, physical exercise schedule and content unreasonable, accelerating the pace of social life, lack of sleep, the spirit of Tension and other reasons can not be ignored. In this regard, the state should play a guiding role, that is, pay attention to the national constitution, guide the national system with the system, deepen the education reform, promote the quality education in an all-round way, and emphasize the school physical education. Schools should strengthen the reform of the school physical education and promote the sunshine sports, that is, conscientiously implement “Health First ” guiding ideology, to ensure that a good physical education class, extra-curricular physical activity, to promote adolescent health.
