碳素墨水掩盖字迹的显现是刑事技术工作中的一个常见难题。由于碳素墨水中含有的碳黑对可见光和红外线有很强的吸收,通常的利用书写物质本身光致荧光的照相显现法效果不佳,适用范围也有限。有人提出用激光和荧光溶液配合显现墨汁涂改文字,取得良好效果,但激光器在基层公安技术部门尚未普及,推广应用有一定难度。本文提出用荧光溶液结合多波段光源和CCD摄像机进行拍摄显现的方法,经实验证明该方法操作简便,效果好、效率高,具有较高的实用价值。
Carbon ink masks the appearance of writing is a common problem in criminal technology. Since carbon black contained in carbon ink has strong absorption of visible light and infrared rays, photolithography using the writing substance itself is generally not effective, and its application range is limited. It was suggested that the use of laser and fluorescent solution with the ink appear to modify the text, and achieved good results, but the laser at the grassroots level public security technology department has not yet been popularized, the promotion of a certain degree of difficulty. In this paper, the method of fluorescence imaging with multi-band light source and CCD camera is proposed. The experiment proves that the method is simple, effective and efficient, and has high practical value.
