分别应用水和自制的自由约束层介质作为激光冲击强化处理的约束层材料,利用脉冲时间为20ns,波长为1.06μm,冲击功率为35~40J,冲击光斑尺寸为5mm的Nd:Glass激光器,对304不锈钢进行了激光冲击处理。首先,利用Taylor Hob-son形貌测量仪测量了使用两种不同约束层材料激光冲击处理后冲击强化区的形貌;其次,对激光冲击处理后304不锈钢试样上的自由约束层的破坏行为进行了观察和分析。通过对实验结果的分析与比较,发现使用不同约束层材料对激光冲击强化处理的效果是不相同的。此外,对使用不同约束层材料对激光冲击处理结果影响的机理进行了理论探讨。
Water and self-made free constrained layer media were used respectively as constraint layer materials for laser shock-enhanced processing. Nd: Glass laser with pulse duration of 20ns, wavelength of 1.06μm, impact power of 35-40J and impact spot size of 5mm 304 stainless steel laser shock treatment. First, the morphology of the impact-enhanced zone after laser shock treatment with two different constraining layers was measured by Taylor Hob-son profilometer.
