随着京津冀一体化进程的推进和承接疏解北京非首都功能背景下,廊坊有承接北京养老服务功能的地理优势,合格的护理工作从业人员在我市未来布局养老产业和提升医疗服务的发展定位中有很大的市场的需求。通过对我市11家二级以上医疗机构的200例从业护工进行一对一的访谈和问卷调研,发现我市护工水平不一、护工缺口大、从业者缺乏继续教育的途径、行业管理缺乏有效手段等问题。通过对护工的信息化接受程度进行访谈,笔者认为我市护工从业者对信息化工均认可和接受信息化管理,建议利用新兴的“大数据+”技术建立市级的护工管理平台和应用端(APP),以云部署的方式实现全市统一平台管理和所有护工资源共享的模式,政府明确管理责任主体和制定相关管理制度和机制,从而解决我市护工行业管理存在的问题。

Through one-on-one interviews and questionnaire survey on 200 cases of occupational workers in 11 medical institutions above the second class in our city, it is found that there is a lack of effective management in our city due to different levels of nursing workers, large gaps in care workers and lack of continuous education by practitioners Means and other issues. Through interviews with nurses on the level of information acceptance, the author believes that practitioners in our city recognize and accept the information management of information and chemicals industry, and suggest using the emerging “big data +” technology to establish municipal-level care worker management platform and application (APP) to cloud the way to achieve a unified platform for the management of the city and all carers resources sharing mode, the government clearly the main responsibility for the management and development of relevant management systems and mechanisms to solve the city’s nursing workers in the management of existing problems.
