探讨了 p2 1WAF1在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及其与bcl 2、EGFR、p53和TGF β1的关系。采用免疫组化S P法检测了 152例乳腺癌组织 p2 1WAF1、bcl 2、EGFR、p53和TGF β1蛋白的表达水平。结果表明 p2 1WAF1表达与EGFR(x2 =5.2 2 1,p <0 .0 5,γ =0 .19)和TGF β1(x2 =4 .354,p <0 .0 5,γ =0 .17)表达呈正相关 ,与bcl 2呈负相关 (x2 =16.4 75,p <0 .0 1,γ =- 0 .33) ,与 p53无相关(x2 =3.114,p >0 .0 5)。由此推断bcl 2、EGFR和TGF β1可能与 p2 1WAF1的正向调控有关
The expression of p2 1WAF1 in primary breast cancer and its relationship with bcl-2, EGFR, p53 and TGFβ1 were investigated. The expression of p2 1WAF1, bcl-2, EGFR, p53 and TGFβ1 proteins in 152 breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The results showed that p2 1WAF1 expression was correlated with EGFR (x2 =5.221,p<0.05,γ=0.19) and TGFβ1 (x2 =4.354, p<0.05, γ=0.17). The expression was positively correlated and negatively correlated with bcl 2 (x2 = 16.47 75, p < 0.01, γ = -0.33). There was no correlation with p53 (x2 = 3.114, p > 0.05). It was concluded that bcl-2, EGFR and TGFβ1 may be related to the positive regulation of p2 1WAF1
