茶是世界三大饮料之一 ,近 10多年来 ,茶的抗肿瘤作用成为肿瘤化学预防研究领域的研究热点。本文就茶在动物和人体内的生物利用率、茶在动物体内的抗癌作用和流行病学关于茶与癌症的关系调查及茶防癌的机制 (抗氧化作用、抑制致癌物形成和活化、促进致癌物排泄、抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、阻断致癌物与DNA结合、提高DNA修复的准确性、抑制新生血管形成和抑制肿瘤转移 )等方面的研究进行综述
