A bandgap voltage reference circuit with an output voltage of 853 mV is described. The circuit is implemented in a 0.18μm standard CMOS process and operates at a supply voltage of 1.8 V with a temperature coefficient of -20 ° C to 120 ° C 24 × 10 -6 / ° C. At frequencies below 10kHz, the power supply rejection ratio remains at -66dB. The effective area of the circuit layout is 0.022 mm2. The circuit has been successfully used in low-power CMOS image sensor chip.
