在发动机运转过程中,将产生许多细小磨损颗粒,这些磨损颗粒悬浮于机械润滑系统的油中,蕴含着机械磨损状态的重要信息,文中讨论了油料光谱分析技术和油料铁谱分析技术的优缺点,重点通过典型实例阐述了油液光谱分析技术和铁谱分析技术在发动机磨损故障诊断中的运用。试验表明,油液光谱分析技术和铁谱分析技术是磨损监控重要手段之一,它们可以提供大量机械磨损的信息,便于及时发现故障的部位和形貌。
During the operation of the engine, many fine abrasive particles will be generated. The advantages and disadvantages of the oil spectrum analysis technology and the oil-based iron spectrum analysis technology are discussed The application of oil spectroscopy and ferrography in fault diagnosis of engine wear is expounded mainly through typical examples. Experiments show that oil spectroscopy and iron spectrum analysis are one of the most important tools for wear monitoring. They can provide a great deal of information about mechanical wear, and facilitate the timely detection of fault location and morphology.
