随同围产期医学的进展,有关先天性畸形问题已引起国内外的重视。据北京市1974～1976年儿童五种死亡原因的统计,先天畸形占23.44%,居第一位,并有逐年增多的趋势。现将我院妇产科自1970～1981年12年间,于出生当时即发现为先天性畸形儿144例进行分析,并结合文献探讨如下:一、发生率在我国,据报告约为0.7～4%,各地差异很大。国外有人报告,出生当时即有外表畸形者为1.2%,9个月后再查,可增加至2.5%,高出一倍以上。还有
