防御素具有稳定的分子结构和广谱的抗菌活性,是很多物种免疫应答的最初元素。人β-防御素(hBD)是其中的重要成员,具有很强的杀菌活性、趋化活性、调节吞噬细胞及获得性免疫等功能,此外,hBD与鳞癌有着密切的相关性,在肿瘤免疫方面的作用值得关注,可能为肿瘤的临床防治提供新的策略。本文就hBD的相关研究进展及其与鳞癌关系做一综述。
Defensins have a stable molecular structure and a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity and are the first elements of the immune response in many species. Human β-defensin (hBD) is one of the important members of human hBD. It has strong bactericidal activity, chemotactic activity, regulatory phagocytic cells and adaptive immunity and other functions. In addition, hBD has a close correlation with squamous cell carcinoma, It is noteworthy that the role of the tumor may provide a new strategy for the clinical prevention and treatment of tumors. This article reviews the progress of hBD research and its relationship with squamous cell carcinoma.
