基于机器视觉的方法实现了对空间柔性杆振动频率测量的算法,通过在视频图像中杆件边缘附近设置合适的LOI(line of interest),并检测并计算得到LOI(line of interest)内的柔性杆边缘点坐标位置移动,通过计算边缘点坐标波动频谱密度,实现了对柔性杆的振动频率的测量。该算法不但复杂度较低,且解决了必须在柔性杆件上安装点光源和标志点等问题。实验表明该算法具有较好的实时性。
The method based on machine vision realizes the algorithm of measuring the vibration frequency of the flexible bar in space. By setting a suitable line of interest (LOI) near the edge of the bar in the video image and detecting and calculating the flexibility within the line of interest (LOI) The coordinate of the edge of the rod is moved. By calculating the spectral density of the coordinate of the edge, the vibration frequency of the flexible rod is measured. The algorithm not only has lower complexity, but also solves the problems that point light sources and mark points must be installed on the flexible rod. Experiments show that the algorithm has better real-time performance.
