分析了10kV配电线路故障现状,从知停电、少停电和防停电3个方面分别阐述了基于故障停电管控的城市电网馈线自动化建设思路,总结了主干线、分支线和用户线故障智能自愈的馈线自动化建设模式,并提出模式选择的意见。通过工程实践,验证了故障停电管控在城市电网馈线自动化建设中的必要性。
The present situation of 10kV distribution line fault is analyzed. The idea of constructing feeder automation of urban power grid based on fault power cut control is elaborated from three aspects: power cut, power cutoff and anti-power cut. The intelligent self-healing of main line, branch line and subscriber line is summarized The feeder automation construction mode, and put forward the views of mode selection. Through engineering practice, the necessity of fault power cut control in the automation construction of city power network feeder was verified.
