为了了解黔南地区栽培3年的维多利亚紫花苜蓿地上及地下生物学性状特征,试验测定了维多利亚紫花苜蓿地上及地下主要生物学性状指标。结果表明:地上部分特征,维多利亚紫花苜蓿干草产量达到15 156.75~18 242.1 kg/hm~2,株高达到64.26 cm,分枝数达到19.66个,干鲜比和茎叶比分别为0.26和1.41;地下部分特征,根干重为74.89 g,主根平均长度达到113.70 cm,根茎直径为15.11 mm,根系体积为219.83 cm~3,侧根数为8.11个,最长侧根长78.06 cm,根瘤数为61.38个。产量与株高呈显著正相关(P<0.05),根重与主根长、根茎直径间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明维多利亚紫花苜蓿适宜生长于贵州黔南地区,并可大面积推广利用。
In order to understand the characteristics of aboveground and underground biological characteristics of Victoria alfalfa cultivated for three years in Qiannan area, the main biological characters of aboveground and underground of Victoria alfalfa were tested. The results showed that the yield of Victoria alfalfa reached 15 156.75 ~ 18 242.1 kg / hm 2, the plant height reached 64.26 cm, the number of branches reached 19.66, dry matter ratio and stem / leaf ratio were 0.26 and 1.41, respectively. The results showed that the root dry weight was 74.89 g, the average length of main roots was 113.70 cm, the root diameter was 15.11 mm, the root volume was 219.83 cm ~ 3, the number of lateral roots was 8.11, the longest root length was 78.06 cm, and the number of nodules was 61.38 . There was a significant positive correlation between yield and plant height (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between root weight and root length and root diameter (P <0.05). That victoria alfalfa suitable for growth in southern Guizhou, Guizhou, and can promote the use of a large area.
