柱状田头菇Agrocybe cylindracea(DC.:Fr.)Maire.味道鲜美,柄嫩质脆,清香可口,干菇还有奶油香味。其独特的风味引起了国内外学者的关注,ElliottNoel 等人于1987年已建立了田头菇的基因文库。近几年国内对其研究也得到重视。我们对其在液体培养基的生长及甘蔗渣栽培进行了探讨。现报道如下:一、材料和方法(一)供试材料菌种54号,由广西科学院提供。斜面和平板培养基为PDA;木屑试管培养基为40～60目过筛木屑为主,添加少量麸皮、糖、磷酸二氢钾和一些微量元素,混匀后分装20×200毫米试管;摇瓶培养基以麦粉为主,加少量糖、酵母粉和一些微量元素。(二)菌液培养标准木屑母种培养20～25天,以每支试管接5瓶的量转入摇瓶(500毫升三角瓶装量100毫升),摇床转速控制在95～100转/分,振幅8厘米,培养温度25±1℃,培养3～5天。其培养菌液终点具有特别的奶香味,pH 值在3.5～4.5之间,菌丝不形成完整菌球,呈浓密茸毛状;菌液为稀糊状,肉汤培养无细菌,镜检无杂菌,有锁状联合。

Its unique flavor has aroused the concern of domestic and foreign scholars, ElliottNoel et al in 1987 has established a gene library of Agkistrodon. In recent years, its domestic research has also been valued. We explored its growth in liquid medium and bagasse cultivation. (2) Cultivation of standard culture broth Breed 20 to 25 days, transfer 5 bottles of each test tube into shake flask (500 ml flask 100 ml), control the speed of shaking table at 95-100 rpm , Amplitude 8 cm, culture temperature 25 ± 1 ℃, cultured 3 to 5 days. The end of the culture broth has a special milk flavor, pH value between 3.5 to 4.5, the mycelium does not form a complete fungus ball, dense hairy hair; Bacterial liquid is thin paste, broth culture without bacteria, microscopy without miscellaneous Bacteria, a lock-like union.
