根据滚子齿式凸轮分度机构的啮合原理,建立了蜗形凸轮基于XK-5001双联动坐标专用数控铣床加工的刀具运动轨迹方程,分析了刀具轨迹的确定问题,通过数控编程实现了蜗形凸轮的数控加工。经批量生产表明:用该项技术加工的产品不仅完全达到图纸的设计与使用要求,且使蜗形凸轮这一复杂曲面零件的加工具有更高的经济性和可靠性
According to the meshing principle of roller gear type cam indexing mechanism, the worm path motion equation based on XK-5001 NC milling machine with double coordinates is established. The problem of determining the tool path is analyzed. Cam CNC machining. The mass production shows that the products processed with this technology not only fully meet the requirements of design and use of the drawings, but also make the processing of the complicated curved surface of the snail cam more economical and reliable
