12 .5× 10 4 m3原油储罐是国内目前较大的油罐 ,为了获得大角焊缝和第一、二圈罐壁等关键部位的应力分布情况 ,并检验设计的合理性和运行的安全性 ,对其进行了现场充水试验时应力测试和评定。经理论分析和计算表明 ,被测点油罐外壁的环向应力测试值与理论计算值基本一致 ,环向应力的最大值出现在第一圈罐壁与第二圈罐壁连接处的上侧。按分析设计标准对油罐进行评定的结果证明 ,该油罐设计合理 ,在正常的操作条件下应力水平完全满足强度要求。测试所采用的方法和得到的结果对今后 12 .5× 10 4 m3及 12 .5× 10 4 m3以上油罐的设计和测试有一定的参考作用。
The 12.5 × 10 4 m3 crude oil tank is the largest oil tank currently in the country.
