环焊缝抗韧性撕裂是基于应变设计的拉伸应变能力评价的一个重要指标。通过单边缺口拉伸试验(SENT)来预测X80钢管手工电弧焊(SMAW)热影响区的断裂韧性。SENT试样缺口根部靠近熔合线。研究结果表明,HAZ材料裂纹尖端张开位移的R曲线几乎与管体一致,韧性裂纹从缺口根部延伸到母材。热影响区的屈服强度、拉伸强度、均匀伸长率、韧性裂纹萌生临界应变都高于母材。此外,在距熔合线2~4 mm处热影响区出现了塑性各向异性,而在接近熔合线处则为塑性各向同性。
Toughness tear resistance of girth welds is an important indicator of tensile strain capacity based on strain design. Fracture toughness of the heat affected zone of X80 steel tube SMAW was predicted by single-notch tensile test (SENT). The root of the SENT notch is near the weld line. The results show that the R curve of HAZ crack tip is almost consistent with the tube body, and the ductile crack extends from the notch root to the base metal. The heat-affected zone yield strength, tensile strength, uniform elongation, ductile crack initiation critical strain are higher than the base metal. In addition, plastic anisotropy appears in the HAZ at 2-4 mm from the fusion line and is plastic in the vicinity of the fusion line.
