目的:建立测定五味子微球中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量的方法,为制定其质量标准提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-2 C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温40℃,流速0.8mL·min-1,检测波长220nm,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的线性范围分别为0.02~2μg(r=0.9999),0.003~0.3μg(r=0.9995)和0.003~0.3μg(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.15%,99.40%,98.15%。结论:本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于本制剂中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of schisandrins A, Schizandrin A and Schisandrin B in Schisandra spherulites, and provide the basis for establishing their quality standards. METHODS: The HPLC-MS was performed on an Agilent TC-2 C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 40 ° C and a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- Gradient elution. Results: The linear ranges of schisandrin, schisandrin and schisandrin were 0.02 ~ 2μg (r = 0.9999), 0.003 ~ 0.3μg (r = 0.9995) and 0.003 ~ 0.3μg The recoveries (n = 9) were 98.15%, 99.40% and 98.15% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate and the results are accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of schisandrin A, Schisandrin A and Schisandrin B in this preparation.
