目的:探讨病区护士评判性思维倾向的影响因素。方法:利用中文版评判性思维倾向调查问卷对417名病区护士进行评判性思维倾向调查,运用方差分析、相关与回归分析方法分析数据。结果:不同病区护士的评判性思维倾向总分、系统化能力和求知欲差异有统计学意义(P=0.008,0.009,<0.001);护士评判性思维倾向和其表现的7个方面正相关(P<0.05),开放思想与年龄、职位、工作时间和职称负相关(P<0.05),分析能力与年龄负相关(P<0.05),认知成熟度与年龄、工作时间正相关(P<0.05);逐步回归分析显示认知成熟度对评判性思维倾向影响最大(β=0.29,P=0.000),求知欲影响次之(β=0.26,P=0.000)。结论:合理设计强化护士评判性思维倾向的教育,提高护士评判性思维倾向。
Objective: To explore the influencing factors of critical thinking in nurses in ward. Methods: A total of 417 ward nurses were investigated by using the Chinese version of critical thinking tendency questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. Results: The scores of critical thinking tendency, systematic ability and curiosity of nurses in different wards were statistically significant (P = 0.008,0.009, <0.001). Nurses’ critical thinking tendencies were positively correlated with the seven aspects of their performance (P <0.05). The open mind was negatively correlated with age, job title, working time and job title (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with age (P <0.05). The cognitive maturity was positively correlated with age and working time <0.05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that cognitive maturity had the greatest influence on the predominant thinking predication (β = 0.29, P = 0.000) and curiosity (β = 0.26, P = 0.000). Conclusion: It is necessary to rationally design the education that strengthens the critical thinking tendency of nurses and improve the critical thinking tendency of nurses.
