职业教育在经济社会事业发展中起着越来越重要的作用,与此同时,职业教育也面临着许多问题和困难。要妥善解决这些问题和困难,要使职业教育走上健康、和谐与可持续发展的正轨,就必须处理好一些关系。笔者以南通职业教育的发展为例,提出要处理好的几个关系,即,政府“主导”与社会参与的关系、“示范”引领与群体并进的关系、特色彰显与优势互补的关系、规模建设与内涵发展的关系、“文化”增进与“技能”成长的关系、接轨现实与“适度超前”的关系。
Vocational education plays an increasingly important role in the development of economic and social undertakings. At the same time, vocational education faces many problems and difficulties. To properly solve these problems and difficulties, vocational education must be managed properly if it is to be on the right track of health, harmony and sustainable development. Taking Nantong vocational education as an example, the author proposes several relations to be dealt with, namely, the relation between the government and “dominant” and social participation, “demonstration” leading the relationship with the group, The relation between scale construction and connotation development, the relationship between “culture” promotion and “skill development”, and the relationship between reality and “modest advance ”.
