铁道车辆轴瓦以化学药剂代替焊锡作粘着剂浇挂白合金(即无锡挂瓦),是车辆部门近一、二年发展起来的一项新技术。 实践证明,将有锡挂瓦改为无锡挂瓦,能夠減少有害气体对人体健康的影响,能夠大量节省有色金属,而且轴瓦粘着力也完全符合部定标准。用无锡法浇注的轴瓦已在北京铁路局管内各段客货检修运用车上投入运用,效果良好。 无锡挂瓦新技术的采用成功,是京局各段广大职工用毛泽东思想武装头脑,敢想敢干,敢闯敢创,不断实践,不断认识的结果,是伟大毛泽东思想的胜利。 无锡挂瓦法是由石家庄车辆段从路外引进到路内,又经天津、太原等车辆段反复试验,不断完善和充实而发展起来的。北京铁路局为了推广这一方法,曾在石家庄、古冶召开过现场会议,目前无锡挂瓦法已在全局普遍推广采用,并且积累了许多经验。本期分別介绍石家庄、太原两个车辆段采用无锡挂瓦的情况,以供参考。
