随着我国经济结构改革的深化,供给侧结构性改革要求各行业领域均要进行成本优化和质量把关。精细化管理虽然是20世纪50年代提出的管理观念,但是其方法可以大大提升产品的质量和劳动生产率,促进企业管理趋于定量化、协同化、细微化和精确化。目前,精细化管理在我国建筑施工企业的应用仍然处于起步阶段,建筑施工项目成本管理仍然停留在粗放型阶段,并未迈入动态控制和全过程管理,因此,非常有必要对精细化管理实施的意义、作用及如何在建筑施工项目中实施进行详细的梳理,并在此基础上提出提升建筑施工项目成本精细化管理水平的对策。期望本研究结论为建筑施工项目的成本管理水平提升有所启示。
With the deepening of the reform of China’s economic structure, the supply-side structural reform requires that all sectors of the economy be subject to cost optimization and quality control. Though meticulous management is a management concept put forward in the 1950s, its method can greatly improve product quality and labor productivity, and promote the quantification, coordination, miniaturization and precision of enterprise management. At present, the application of meticulous management in China’s construction enterprises is still in its infancy, cost management of construction projects still remain in the extensive phase, did not enter the dynamic control and the whole process of management, it is very necessary to implement the fine management Significance and function of construction project and how to carry out detailed combing in the construction project, and on this basis, put forward the countermeasures to enhance the fine management of construction cost of the project. It is hoped that the conclusions of this study will provide some inspiration for the improvement of the cost management of construction projects.
