目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC/MS/MS)测定生活饮用水中残留的15种邻苯二甲酸酯。方法水样经玻璃纤维滤膜过滤,直接上UPLC/MS/MS检测,用多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果在0.002 mg/L~0.5 mg/L,15种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物检出浓度与峰面积相关,相关系数都大于0.99。结论本方法简便、快速、适用于饮用水中残留邻苯二甲酸酯测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of 15 phthalates residues in drinking water by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC / MS / MS). Methods The water sample was filtered through glass fiber membrane and directly tested by UPLC / MS / MS. The samples were detected by multi-reaction monitoring mode and quantified by external standard method. Results ranged from 0.002 mg / L to 0.5 mg / L. The concentrations of the 15 phthalates were correlated with the peak areas, and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.99. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of residual phthalates in drinking water.
