本文就30万吨/年合成氨装置脱碳工段的仿真软件开发,概述了它的开发意义、发展进程;简单介绍了脱碳工段生产工艺流程、工艺设备和吸收、反应机理;讨论了其简化动态数学模型的建立方法和推导过程;最后对仿真方法的选择和仿真结果分别作了介绍和分析。
This paper summarized the development significance and development process of simulation software for decarbonization section of 300,000 tons / year ammonia plant, briefly introduced the production process, process equipment and absorption and reaction mechanism of decarbonization section, and discussed its simplified dynamic Mathematical model of the establishment and derivation of the process; Finally, the choice of simulation methods and simulation results were introduced and analyzed.
