目的观察Survivin和CyclinD1在大肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理指标及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学(S-P)法,检测44例大肠癌组织、30例癌旁组织、10例正常黏膜组织中Survivin、CyclinD1的表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中Survivin、CyclinD1的表达明显高于癌旁组织的表达,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),正常黏膜组织无Survivin、CyclinD1表达;Survivin表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤组织类型及组织分级、大体类型差异均无显著性(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期显著相关(P<0.05),CyclinD1表达与大肠癌各临床病理指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05);Survivin阳性生存率显著低于Survivin阴性患者,CyclinD1阳性生存率显著低于CyclinD1阴性患者(P<0.05);Survivin、CyclinD1在大肠癌中表达正相关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin表达与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期密切相关,提示预后不良,可作为大肠癌侵袭性和预后评估的生物学指标;CyclinD1表达提示预后不良,是判断预后的指标之一;Survivin、CyclinD1在大肠癌的发生过程中既有独立的功能,又有协同作用。
Objective To observe the expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P) method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 in 44 cases of colorectal cancer, 30 cases of adjacent tissues, and 10 cases of normal mucosa. Results The expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). There was no expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 in normal mucosa tissues. The expression of Survivin and gender, age, tumor tissue type and tissue There was no significant difference in grades and gross types (P>0.05), but significant correlation with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of CyclinD1 and clinicopathological parameters between colorectal cancers (P>0.05). The positive survival rate of Survivin was significantly lower than that of Survivin negative patients. The positive rate of CyclinD1 was significantly lower than that of CyclinD1 negative patients (P<0.05). The expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 was positively correlated with colorectal cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Survivin is closely related to lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage, which indicates poor prognosis. It can be used as a biomarker to evaluate the invasiveness and prognosis of colorectal cancer. CyclinD1 expression indicates a poor prognosis and is one of the indicators of prognosis.
