无庸置疑,妊娠对于妇女而言是一个特定的人生阶段。妊娠初期是一种忐忑不安与喜悦交织的情感变化的过程,既为新生命的孕育而欣喜,又为小生命是否会健康而焦虑;随着妊娠日数的增加,接踵而至的是恶心、呕吐等难熬的早孕反应;到了临产前4个多月,随着腹中胎儿一天天地长大、胎儿活动的感知,开始考虑胎儿的性别,为胎儿的出生而开始着手准备必要的物品;预产期的到来,又为将面临临产的阵痛而恐惧和焦虑。这些心理活动是受孕妇女比较普遍的经历。作为入世后的现代化医院,不仅仅要面对妊娠所带来的各种疾病的诊断、治疗及保健,更重要的是要面对所有孕妇将要经历的前述一系列心理障碍和紧张情绪。这更是值得我们深入探讨的一个话题。为此,我们特邀日本留学3年归来的北京同仁医院妇产科的常玲医师,将在日本所见到的孕妇管理经验写出来,供同道及孕妇们参考。

It is both pleasing to the birth of new life and anxious about whether the small life will be healthy. With the increase in the number of days of pregnancy, the following are nausea and vomiting. Difficult to respond to early pregnancy; In the four months before childbirth, with the fetus in the abdomen grow up day by day, the perception of fetal activity, began to consider the sex of the fetus, starting to prepare necessary items for the birth of the fetus; the arrival of the expected date of delivery , but also for fear of labor pains and anxiety. These psychological activities are more common experiences for pregnant women. As a modern hospital after China’s accession to the WTO, it is not only necessary to face the diagnosis, treatment, and care of various diseases brought about by pregnancy. What is more important is to face the aforementioned series of psychological disorders and tensions that all pregnant women will experience. This is a topic worthy of our in-depth discussion. To this end, we invited Dr. Chang Ling of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Beijing Tongren Hospital, who has returned from Japan for three years to study abroad, to write out the experience of managing pregnant women in Japan for the reference of fellow practitioners and pregnant women.
