目的:研究垂丝海棠叶脂溶性成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,首次分析垂丝海棠叶脂溶性成分。结果:从中鉴定出85个化合物,占总峰面积的80.73%。结论:垂丝海棠叶脂溶性成分类型主要是酯类(25.66%)、酸类(19.01%)、烷烃类(14.68%)、醇类(11.33%),其主要成分有棕榈酸(14.49%)、植醇(10.72%)、棕榈酸乙酯(5.32%)、亚油酸(4.65%)、2-甲基四氢呋喃(4.22%)、棕榈酸甲酯(4.07%)和己烷(4.03%)。
Objective: To study the liposoluble constituents of Begonia officinalis. Methods: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the liposoluble constituents of Begonia stellata for the first time. Results: Eighty-five compounds were identified, accounting for 80.73% of the total peak area. CONCLUSION: The main liposoluble constituents of Malus davidiana are esters (25.66%), acids (19.01%), alkanes (14.68%) and alcohols (11.33% (10.72%), ethyl palmitate (5.32%), linoleic acid (4.65%), 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (4.22%), methyl palmitate (4.07%) and hexane (4.03%).
