健美操是融体操、舞蹈、音乐于一体,通过徒手或使用器械完成的的身体练习,从而达到健身、健美和健心目的的一项体育运动。全民健身运动的开展,使健美操逐渐进入各级各类学校的体育教学大纲,其特有的健身、健美、健心、娱乐、时尚等功能深受大学生,特别是女大学生的欢迎,为此健美操课程成为内蒙古工业大学体育部的精品课程。但是近一段时间以来,内蒙古工业大学女大学生对健美操课程的那份热情减少了,甚至出现了学习倦怠现象。运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,从内蒙古工业大学的实际出发,对女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的影响因素进行调查与分析,研究结果显示:女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的因素包括学校因素和学生自身因素。学校因素依次为:教学内容枯燥无味、教师课堂组织气氛不活跃、体育场馆设施落后、体育器材配备不足;学生自身因素依次为:选修课可以应付、学生基础条件差、性格因素、心理因素、其他因素。针对女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的原因,特提出如下建议:树立“以人为本”的教育理念。提高学生对健美操课程的认识,减轻学生心理压力。丰富教学内容,突出学生的主体地位。加强教师自身修养,发挥主导作用。完善健美操教学环境,保持动态平衡。
Aerobics is a sport that integrates gymnastics, dance and music in one hand and exercises the body with hands or equipment to achieve fitness, bodybuilding, and mindfulness. The national fitness exercise, aerobics gradually into the various types of schools at all levels of physical education syllabus, its unique fitness, bodybuilding, health care, entertainment, fashion and other functions by college students, especially female students welcome, for this bodybuilding Exercise course to become Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University Sports Department boutique course. But for some time now, the enthusiasm of female students in Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University to the aerobics course has been reduced, and even learning burnout has appeared. Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates and analyzes the influential factors of female students ’aerobics class from the reality of Inner Mongolia University of Technology. The results show that female college students’ bodybuilding Classes learning burnout factors include school factors and students themselves factors. School factors are as follows: the teaching content is dull and tasteless; the classroom atmosphere is not active in the teachers’ classroom; the sports facilities and facilities in the gymnasium are outdated; the physical equipment is inadequate; the students’ own factors are as follows: the elective courses can cope; the students’ basic conditions are poor; the personality factors; the psychological factors; . In view of the reasons why the female university students learn burnout in aerobics courses, the following suggestions are put forward: To establish the education concept of “people-oriented”. Improve students ’understanding of aerobics courses and reduce students’ psychological pressure. Enrich teaching content, highlight the students’ dominant position. Strengthen teacher self-cultivation, play a leading role. Improve the aerobics teaching environment, maintain a dynamic balance.
